VALUING DIFFERENCES

“People Without Borders” is the Gattinoni Group project launched in 2025 and designed to develop over the entire three-year period. It stems from Group’s commitment to promoting inclusiveness as a core and fundamental part of its corporate values, putting people at the center and turning this principle into concrete actions. In 2026 and 2027, the project will take shape through initiatives, events and activities built around four key pillars, integration, solidarity, gender equality and sustainability, actively involving the Group’s partners as well.

Solidarity

Solidarity is a simple yet powerful principle. It is the ability to acknowledge others and reach out a helping hand without expecting anything in return. For many , the Gattinoni Group, through its non-profit association Un Mondo di Amici, has been actively committed to support projects focused on helping the most vulnerable people and promoting diversity. In 2026, this commitment continues and grows stronger: the Group will support organisations such as Oxfam Italy and the “Chicchi di Caffè” project in Ghana, and will renew the support started in previous years for Free Wheels and Karibujua, backing initiatives that generate tangible social impact in local communities and across the territories where they operatate.

UN MONDO DI AMICI
Inclusion, integration, and gender equality

Inclusion, integration, and gender equality are essetial values for fostering a fair workplace that respects all forms of diversity, ultimately enhancing the well-being of employees and collaborators. Embracing these principles means actively building a more open, stimulating, and productive corporate culture, where differences become a true strength. These values will guide our activities in 2026: our Hubs wil host “Com’eri vestita” (What were you wearing), the Amnesty Italy exhibition that sheds light on gender-based violence through clothing and first hand accounts. In parallel, we will lanch a used-clothing collection campaing with Humana People to People, designed to create positive social impact and increase awareness on human rights and circular economy.

Sustainability

For the past three years, the Gattinoni Group has been on a path toward environmental sustainability, aiming to become a carbon-neutral organization. This journey led to the voluntary drafting of the 2023 and 2024 Sustainability Report.
Looking ahead to 2026, in addition to continuing this commitment, the Group plans to launch several new initiatives—some in collaboration with partners—to further explore the topic of sustainability.

SUSTAINABILITY JOURNEY
Past Activities

In the first year of the “Persone senza Confini” project, we developed a programme of initiatives aimed at promoting culture, inclusion and well-being within the Group and its wider community. Activities included training sessions on diversity with Famiglie Arcobaleno, employee well-being meetings focused on digital detox, an awareness campaign on the importance of blood donation with Avis, participation in the PittaRosso Pink Parade to support breast cancer prevention, an evening event presenting the associations supported by Un Mondo di Amici, and a closing event with Le Scemette, a theatre performance dedicated to challenging stereotypes and violence against women.
